Urbiquity is a platform for creative and critical urbanism. Using visual methods alongside text and materiality, Urbiquity aims to investigate sociality in the built environment and generate new knowledge of the ways we inhabit increasingly multilayered, contextual and connected global localities.

Madrid Urban Lab 2017 //

Tallinn Urban Lab 2017 //
11-17th of September

The Urban Lab is week-long visual urbanism residency. A programme of walks and talks, practice and theory will be carried out over the course of 7 days. The week will culminate in an exhibition of all the resulting work.

The Urban Lab residency creates experiences where urbanists from around the world can learn from and add to the local urban discourse. By learning about the specific urban struggles facing the city that derive from thir specific geopolitical context, the participants will create new projects around the theme ‘Cartographies’. Urbiquity has created a week long programme for this exact purpose which includes talks, seminars, walks and urban interventions.
